Par 3 is the premiere landscape maintenance contractor in Las Vegas.  We specialize in commercial properties and have provided years of continuous service to many of the most revered master planned communities, hotel casinos, and corporations in Las Vegas.  We have a staff of over 500 highly educated and trained employees to keep the properties we manage looking beautiful year round.

Par 3 is the clear industry leader in environmental protection in Las Vegas. We recycle nearly 100% of the greenwaste we generate from our landscape operations. Par 3 owns and operates a state-of-the-art recycling facility. Each year, we divert over one hundred thousand cubic yards from county landfills and help create a product that can be returned to our soils in the form of compost and mulch that increase fertility and conserves water.  At Par 3 we don’t just pay lip service to sustainability, we truly make it a priority.
